Architect, Founder, and Thought Leader

Shadeed is a US Navy Veteran and leading Reputation Management and Social Selling thought leader. He is the architect of the official state websites (SharePoint) of Maryland and Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, which are powered by Microsoft SharePoint technologies.

Shadeed has served a key technical advisory role in the successful re-election campaign of a US governor, is an Amazon Best Selling Author and Business Mentor with Small Business Administration, in 2017 managed 577 businesses and helped them boost revenue leveraging Microsoft LinkedIn and Social Selling strategies and is the founder of Managed Path Solutions, a Microsoft partner which focused on post deployment support of Microsoft technology. Shadeed is the leader of the longest running Microsoft training and User group community in Maryland and a host of Microsoft SharePoint Saturday, an annual one day conference which is currently in its 10th year.

He specializes in high visibility, public-facing consulting engagements with a key focus on information and platform architecture on-premises to cloud migrations, enterprise social media, governance, instructional systems design, and information worker training.
