We have our 2019 meetings scheduled and are looking to book speakers and sponsors for thes meetings.
In 2019, all meetings will be held at the Microsoft Richmond Office (4301 Dominion Boulevard, Glen Allen, VA 23060).
Dates highlighted in yellow are available. Dates highlighted in red are taken.
- A mention of your company products/services on our website for the meeting month.
- A mention of your company products/services in our newsletter twice a month for the meeting month.
- At the meeting, 10-15 minutes to present about your products/services.
- You can provide a raffle item by asking for attendee’s contact information. (We do not provide the mailing list.)
- We just ask that you coordinate and pay for lunch. (We can provide suggested caterers.)
- We like to rotate topics between admin, business, developer, etc. If you have multiple topics, please send us a list and we'll choose the most appropriate.
- If it is someone from your organization, we just ask that their presentation not be a sales pitch and be generic to third party products/services.
